Return & Exchange Policy

Our return and exchange policy is designed to ensure that you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product is defective or arrives damaged , customer shouldd contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving the item. We accept returns within 3 days of delivery, and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team and obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Items must be returned in their original condition with all original packaging and accessories included. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, and exchanges will be processed promptly once we receive the returned item.
